What are the specific care instructions for my jersey or apparel items?
All decorated jerseys should ALWAYS be washed before first wear. Machine wash in cold water and hang dry. Any apparel items should be washed according to manufacturers instructions located on tag. These items should also be washed before first wear when allowed by care instructions on tag.

How much is shipping:
Shipping is based on UPS ground shipping and the number of items you purchase. Shipping starts at $9.95 for 1-5 items, $10.95 for 6-8 items, and $1.00 for each additional item.
All orders are shipping via UPS Gound service and a signature may be required.

How long does it take to get custom jersey made?
Custom jerseys can take as little as three to five working days from the time we have your order, roster and logo. Most orders with logo, names and numbers will take 2-3 weeks. Just email us the details of what you are interested in ordering and we can give you an estimate on price and time.

How much does it cost to get my jerseys printed and numbered?

How do I return a purchase? (Return Policy)
If you have to return an item you have ordered from ConcretePond.com, please email us and type "RETURN" in the subject line. In the body of your email give your reason for return along with your order number. Once your return is approved we will assign you a return authorization number and email instructions on where to send your return. All returns must be made within 7 days from the date the shipment was received, no exceptions. There are no cancellations, returns or exchanges on customized jerseys, apparel, stock or custom socks. There are also no returns on items designated as a closeout item unless specified. Shipping on return items will be paid by the customer and restocking charges may apply. We generally sell to teams and organizations and order items as needed from manufacturers so restocking charges will apply to most items that need to be returned. PLEASE KNOW YOUR SIZE BEFORE ORDERING!

Does Concrete Pond sponsor teams?

Can I pay with a check or money order?
Checks or money orders are accepted. Please make payable to Concrete Pond Sports and send to address below. Orders will be processed once payment is received and your check has cleared.
Please call or email us with your order so we can provide you with an itemized invoice for approval.
