What is the best wheel to buy for the surface I play on?
When buying wheels, you have to consider two main factors: the size of a wheel, which is measured in millimeters, and the durometer or hardness of a wheel. Check your skates for the optimum wheel size to use. Durometer can affect the performance, durability, shock absorption, and traction. Soft wheels offer higher traction and the smoothest ride. Hard wheels slide better, but have less shock absorption. For outdoor surfaces, a higher durometer is ideal, anywhere from 80A+. For indoor or smoother surfaces, a softer durometer is better, ranging between 72a and 80a.
How long does it take to get custom jerseys?
Custom jerseys can take as little as three to five working days from the time we have your order, roster and logo. More complicated orders can take up to three to four weeks. Just email us the details of what you are interested in ordering at george@concretepond.com and we can give you an estimate on price and time.

How do I return a purchase?
If you have to return an item you have ordered from ConcretePond.com, please email us at george@concretepond.com and type "RETURN" in the subject line. In the body of your email give your reason for return. Once your return is approved we will assign you a return authorization number and email instructions on where to send your return. All returns must be made within 14 days from the date the shipment was received, no exceptions. All authorized returns will be issued a ConcretePond.com credit. There are no cancellations, returns or exchanges on jerseys. There are also no returns on items designated as a closeout item unless specified. Shipping on return items will be paid by the customer.
Does Concrete Pond sponsor roller hockey teams?

Can I pay with a check or money order?
Checks or money orders are accepted. Please make payable to Concrete Pond Sports and send to address below. Item will be sent once payment is received and your check has cleared.
